What is CSSVG?

CSSVG is a free, browser-based SVG animation editor. You can design animations visually using a timeline, then export production-ready CSS keyframe animations or self-contained SVG files — no JavaScript runtime required in the output.

A fresh start

CSSVG was completely Built from the ground up in 2026. The new version is faster, more capable, and designed around modern web standards. If you used an older version of CSSVG, this is an entirely new product — the animation engine, editor, and export pipeline have all been rewritten.
